Whats been happening is I have been launching the game it will load up fine with all my addons but I wont be able to click anything on the game or interact with it I have already verified the cache and things like that but the bug is still present.

Does the background screen "animate"?
Is the game totally frozen?
It's normal that GMod freezes on start. It has to load all the addons etc and i assume you two have a lot of addons. The more addons you have the longer the game will freeze on start.
Also depends on pc specs.
