Gmod will loud up fine but when I try to click on any of the options it doesnt work. No light up or sound. I can't bring up console or anything, and even if I join off a friend, I can't move or look around. I have uninstalled it and reinstalled, still nothing. I have tried -windowed -noborder in launch options in steam but no such luck, face punch, plz help!
Do you have discord open? If so, fully close it (Hidden Task Bar, not just the bare application). This can cause Garry's Mod to be less prioritised. Also you might want to work on your grammar ;)
The overlay, not the program itself.
Discord's overlay tends to cause problems with the Garry's Mod menu - if you're using Discord, try disabling the overlay by going to User Settings > Overlay, or disable the overlay for specific games by going to User Settings > Games.
