When I start my gmod and join a game it pops up with "not enough memory"

Processor
Intel(R) Core(TM) i3-2100 CPU @ 3.10GHz
Video Card
Intel(R) HD Graphics
RAM
4.0 GB
Operating System
Microsoft Windows 10 (build 15063), 64-bit
Things I have tried
- Restarted my pc
- Reinstalled gmod
- Used startup codes
- Uninstalled all addons
- Dedicated more ram
- Deleted the gmod folder
- Reinstalled Steam
Although i was gonna say its probably your specs, but i have even worse specs then you and dont have memory error messages.
Is it possible the server you're playing on just has too much shit?

Try dedicating more RAM towards Garry's Mod. If that does not work, try joining a singleplayer game or a bare server. If that works, than it could be what Eziam1 said.
Intel HD graphics is the issue. Get a dedicated card or turn some settings down to try and use up less system RAM.
