How to report a hacker:
Use the in-game report tool, this provides facepunch/EAC with a lot of useful info.
Report them over the EAC contact page providing proof and steamID: https://www.easyanticheat.net/#contact
This one works too but its probably the slowest one since a Facepunch/EAC employee has too see it
