Getting kicked for unresponsive even though i move or shoot

Guys i just bought the game and i cant play.I am getting kicked for that unresponsive error everytime after i connect to the server.I tried to play on pvp mod servers .My hits dont register and people sometimes dont see me i can run around them and i can watch people moving and killing until the disconnection.Also if they see me and kill me before my disconnection the respawn button does nothing.Can someone help me ?Seems like i am lagging and getting kicked for that reason because everytime i reconnect i start at the same position even though i move and shoot around the map 30 seconds before disconnection.Sorry for bad Englando if i made mistakes expressing the situtation.

Note:I have a really good pc and 50 mbit connection.Other 24 games works perfectly without an error.
