Disable subscribing to a thread sending you emails?

This might be a thing already and my blind ass can't see it but can we get an option NOT to send emails when you sub to a thread? I'm only subbed to like 3 or 4 threads and this is my email inbox right now for like, pages upon pages:

Also, It'd be nice to have both a global option and a thread-by-thread option to disable so I can as a general rule disable it while having a thread or two added as exceptions.

Change the 'Alert Email Frequency' option in https://forum.facepunch.com/user/options/ to never

While that works quite nicely in my personal case, it would still be nice to disable-enable certain threads from sending emails.
