I was wondering if there are any games out there that have modern battleships/warships/frigates and other naval warfare-based ships that could be possibly ripped and ported to GMod. I'm not specifically asking anyone to go out there and port them right now, mind you, mostly because I have no plans beyond vague ideas on what I'd do with them (mostly involving the Kaiju models that have been released on the Workshop). I'm just wondering if they exist at all, and if anyone MIGHT be interested in porting them. All I've been able to find on the Steam Workshop are WWII-era warships and a couple of low-detail aircraft carriers.
there are modern warship models but no one seems interested in really porting them. Cold Waters has Cold War Era soviet navy ships and american submarines, theres also wargame red dragon but no one I know atm has ported from there. Arma 3 has a Gerald R. Ford class carrier but Dwarden and his FSB friends will come after you.
If anyone gives me an SFM ported version of a Halifax-Class frigate I will love you forever.
