Here comes the slander
He works for tha deep state!!1
I'm glad that some people actually have tipping points still, even if they should have tipped a LONG time ago. Still, good on him for growing a spine.
Please note, people have done the same thing with Russia Today.
The comparison is way too beautiful
ashamed of what the network had become? it was created as a propaganda machine, any media company owned by murdoch is a propaganda machine.
Better late then never, I guess. Though the light couldn't have gotten any greener, at this point.
Where's the "Duh" rating?
Thanks, Lieutenant Colonel Obvious.
Folks, the message wasn't for you, it was for the people that still believe fox news's bullshit
People who still believe fox news aren't going to hear this and say "well maybe I shouldn't believe them".
They are going to think this guy is just a Liberal Crybaby now, probably.
Call me optimistic, but I think some will. Not a lot, but every little bit helps.
T_D was going on about how he's Deep State and Cucked.
I find it interesting how they think its more reasonable that this guy has been compromised through the "deep state", than it is to admit they're wrong. They seriously believe that Hillary and Obama are behind the failing Trump administration through a string of easily arguable conveniances on their end.
I cant wait for a documentary on all of this doublethink going on right now.
Iimagine being an ex president, retired and chilling at your house, and there's mooks running around screaming that you're still in control remotely. Like damn, Obama is probably sitting at his home in Hawaii having a ghost writer help him write his book while sitting outside getting some sun.
Maybe at first he was convinced it was just a parody show, but then realized that the parody had become reality and suddenly it's not funny anymore...
I think Trump's causing a divide between nationalists, this guy obviously knows the crap Fox spreads but before it at least shared his views.
The nationalists who aren't complete idiots and understand how Trump's victory came through Russia's intervention don't like the fact that America is currently being undermined by what was since the 1940s (and still is) its geopolitical enemy.
mighta tried to rationalise it like:
"I'm gonna try and change them from the inside"
"it isn't so bad"
"I'm not doing anything wrong myself"
Not anymore
Surprised it's Ralph Peters of all people, iirc he was very vocal against Obama on Fox.
Eh, the WSJ is generally considered a top-tier source especially for finance and business news. You can kind of just tell by the fact that they still have a subscription model and are very profitable and popular. Tho don't open the opinions section of it it's awful.
Fox always had different programs of varying quality and some decent people, so a lot of those people probably assumed that it was livable. Kind of like those RT reporters, they thought it wasn't perfect, but stuck with it until it became untenable to do so.
Wow I didn't expect this to come from Ralph Peters, dude isn't the most hinged guy around. Good on him though
Well this is pretty enlightening

By the sounds of it, it's a deep disdain for Fox News prime time hosts. I'd assume referring to Hannity, Tucker, and Laura Ingraham, who form like three hours a night of deep state propaganda. Sean Hannity's show is basically the white conservative version of that North Korean news lady. It's always been bad but it's gotten visibly worse. Even Shepherd Smith called them out.
Hannity, Tucker, and Ingraham are like the unholy Trinity of evil. There are no personalities in news media more insufferable.
He was very vocal against Obama in the letter talking about him quitting. He isn't against partisan hackery, and presumably fully supported and endorsed Fox News since the 90s up well through 2015-2016 when they jumped on the Trump train and lost their fucking minds.
Good, I hope same from someone who work in MSNBC quit to be fair since they become unofficially propaganda machine for Democratic Party establishment in past several years.
MSNBC is definitely slanted as all hell, but they don't even come close to the degree to which Fox News skews the truth, outright lies, and omits critical facts.
True, But if they continue replacing fairly center-left and moderate newscasters in favor of center-right Republicans and their right-wing ones with promoting ridiculously conspiracy theory clickbaits like Rachel Maddow on 98% on Russiangate (enough its isn't conspiracy theory anymore for me, but some trappings is there) to win viewership as means panthering to Trump supporters and Republicans.
Then I will be right all along.
You lost me. I lost respect for Maddow after the bullshit "We obtained Trump's tax returns" thing she pulled. But MSNBC isn't the news station actively trying to cover up for traitors to America, now, is it? They weren't the ones who called the Mueller investigation 'A coup in America', now, were they?
