Isnt scanning someones hard drive a invasion of privacy to play this game?

I understand EAC scans peoples hardrives for known cheats or hacks. If I want to look at clown porn or midget stuff. Can you guys see that? I Was that included in the 20 pages of the TOS?
imjust trying to make the best of a bad situation.

How do I get Rust completely off my hard drive and all of its EAC knarkware?. I was recently also banned for macro usage due to the fact I have a messed up finger and set up a autofire macro on my razor death adder that was not in game to violate Rust TOS. Which I didnt read cause I dont use twitter.

I am sorry I am visually/physically impared and I tried to do something to help me personally play the game.
