Official XP Old BP and Component servers.

Why is there no option other than some modded servers to play with components XP or Old BPs. Facepunch could make 1 us and 1 eu official for components and the other systems not an urgent issue just an idea.

I was actually thinking that FP could return ALL systems (XP, old BPs, components) and let community/modded servers select which one they want to use.

I've been requesting this for years. The problem is the game "could" hypothetically be implemented with those components,yes. The issue is that it would again turn static and people would be forced to play that way.
However, if Garry were to release the source code and let the modded community dictate what kind of game they want to play would be enormous.

This would be way too much work this would mean the devs would have to balance FOUR different systems. This is not going to happen because its a fucking insane thing to demand.

i dont want them to be updated and balanced like normal rust i just want the option to relive them without playing on a modded server with 8 players

They shouldn't do that. Just bring those systems back and you'll see how 90% of all current complains on reddit and this forum will disappear in a nanosecond. One of the most harmless way to solve a problem with peoples who dislikes current state of Rust IMO.

They're relatively new. You'll find instructions on how to download and install the client for each.

So reading #general of Experimental Blast Discord, looks like they'll be shutting them down due to lack of interest.
After a very short show of interest, the servers died. Its not worth their while paying for the servers.

So much for the good old days.
