Hello, I'm having a strange issue that I don't really know how to describe. In certain programs since the fall creators update, I've noticed that the mouse has some kind of odd delay, and when I click, it kind of sticks for a few seconds. I noticed this in certain games. Upon doing some research, the Windows 10 update apparently did something to the mouse sensitivity. Around 5 months ago, someone pointed out the issue and it apparently has yet to be fixed by Microsoft. I don't know if anyone else has had the issue, or any luck with it at all if you do have it. Help would be much appreciated!
I believe if you set those game's to a prior version of Windows in the compatibility tab those mouse issues won't happen anymore.
I know it's more of a workaround than a solution but that's the only thing I've seen people recommend and it worked for me in CS 1.6 when I tried it.
