My recent ban.

26 days ago i was banned from rust on my main and a the time only account, the reason was using some sort of cheat, script, macro etc. Which i have never used. After this i made a new account which wasn't banned for a while and i thought is was just a bug in your system and it would be fixed in a while but last night that account was banned as well for the same issue which still i never used anything. So i scanned my PC and reinstalled the game then proceed to log onto my first account to play some GTA with my friend when i found out I couldn't log into that account and that the email and password associated with it had changed. I went into my email and found a Russian steam support email and a email about a new computer connecting to my account (images attached). This instantly sent me into a panic but i manged to get my account back but this made me think about my ban. I believe that someone hacked my account and was playing rust while i was not online and hacking or something of that sort. I know its my fault for not having a secure steam account but i have now installed 2-step verification on the account and changed all my passwords. So if possible could you please look into my issue further.

P.S: If you tell me to message EAC I already have but they told me it was my fault for not having a secure enough account.

Unfortunately, EAC is the only one who can reverse or fix a ban. If they've already looked into the issue, you're likely out of luck. We don't handle bans here on the forums. Sorry.

Should have contacted EAC after the first ban and not create a alt account, that's what hackers do expecting not to get banned but EAC always bans alt accounts. Now I dont see a way for you to get unbanned, try sending another mail to EAC providing them that email about someone else using your account. Since you didn't try to talk to EAC before making a second account they can deny any request you make.
