Hello,
I want to host a server based on Stellaris UNE which will be a military seriousRP server (microphone disabled). It is based on factions and /me and /it chat environment descriptors (as well as radio and MOTD broadcast).
I need help with selecting a gamemode. I have tried NutScipt 1.0 and 1.1 but they are outdated and it is hard finding plugins for 1.1.
If you know any other gamemodes which are easy to configure and do not cause a lot of errors, please let me know!

Support for multiple characters
Factions
OOC, LOOC and IC chats
/me
/it
/radio or /r (for all characters)
/motd (for admins)
/broadcast (interchangeable with motd)
tooltrust
Admin class
