Really makes me want to play DDR again. It was about the only exercise I would willingly do, for a few years when I was a child.
he has a ddr machine in his house??
also wearing shoes inside
You can die playing ddr barefoot
He owns a plastic trombone?
I thought that was something all americans did
not just ddr overlord but a connoisseur of juggling as well
truly post modern art in motion
ddr machines are not that expensive. getting a brand new one from japan is like 3-4k+shipping.
SD (standard definition, CRT instead of the new white cabs with big LCDs) are even cheaper, and can often be found in varying conditions being sold for extremely cheap prices by closing or downsizing arcades in the US.
that said, critikal is a huge streamer now and a couple nights ago he literally had a guy donate 5k in one night AND critikal has said that he put money in crypto as a half-joke back before it jumped super hard last year so i dont think hes exactly hurting for cash at the moment.
i really want a beatmania or SDVX cabinet but those are like 5-8k depending on age and condition
You could probably make your own arcade cabinet pretty easily, and use stepmania as the software.
I believe you can buy some pretty good dance mats, like the original ones.
He uses one of those Cars battery powered cars to move around the house.
He has changed because of fame and money.
Lost forever.
Its easy to build a machine to arcade dimensions, but nothing gives quite the same experience as playing on the actual hardware.
Yeah, but I think you can get pretty close, as if irc, stepmania has support for lights. Tho the songs has to support this I believe.
I was pretty close once to start building one, but can't remember why I didn't.
His dog is adorable.
Oh and I guess p. good ddr skills.
in southamerica you can buy a brand new DDR machine for as low as 500usd.

as far as literally brand new arcade machines go thats on the low end.
i was mostly talking about the kind in the actual video which you can get for 400-500usd.
