Are weekly server updates still supposed to be occuring?

Besides the update that occurred on March 1st, I've noticed that there have been at least two additional updates this month that were not announced or noted (or at least, I haven't been able to find mention of them anywhere), but which required me to update the server in order to stay current with the game client.

I was under the impression that the game was moving to a monthly schedule for updates. Is this not the case?

Monthly forced wipe updates with a lot of content/fixes, these random updates are just quick fixes that arent made to affect gameplay.
