Hello, I have a problem with my server, he is not on a server modded list in RUST... I dont no why... I use a host gtxgaming.co.uk.. i succses instal RUTS IO and my server finde there.. i use and isnstal OXIDE and plugins... i must allways connect with console...

Ok... That is no answer...
The config folder you have highlighted in the top picture is NOT the one you use, you use the Oxide folder which will contain 4 folders that you use .
Config = where you make changes after reading plugin overview
Data = as above
lang = where you make changes to the folder that contains your language or add new languages (if available)
Plugins = where you upload new plugins but do NOT alter these files
Your server page should contain a file manager type folder and method of uploading plugins you have downloaded,
The best thing to do is open a ticket to your server host and get help there , that is what they are there for
