Hello, I'm well aware from browsing the forums that FP does not deal with bans but I need to write this. I have been playing Rust since May of 2015. I have played this incredibly difficult game, 100% legit for 5,882 hours, on a 10 year + VAC/ban free steam account. I'm not here to plea my case, but FP needs to deal with EAC's ban policy immediately. Over the past week, a ton of new posts about false EAC bans have popped up, many players in the last few days have reached out to me personally, expressing their frustration after seeing my post in Steam discussion forums and on FP Discord. In addition, the popular Rust streamer Hutnik1 was also recently falsely banned, proving the point that EAC's detection system is severally flawed and providing far too many false positives. This is an issue I feel FP needs to address immediately. Furthermore, as someone who has invested so much time and effort into this game, I feel incredibly burned by the total black out of communication from both FP and EAC over my ban. As someone who has basically beta tested this game for 3 years, up until it's actual release, the fact that I can't get more than a generic response from EAC has me extremely dishearten and disappointed with FP. I wish everyone else the best of luck and hope this can be addressed for the rest of the legitimate players in our community who truly appreciate this very special game. -DrWorm
Checked it out. Videos have less then 20 views. Popular my ass.
If EAC banned a bunch of people wrong then please contact them so they look into the problem, dont vent about it here because no one cares. If you dont like how rust is developed please consider giving feedback to its developers here https://rust.facepunch.com/feedback
