Stormy Daniels interview with 60 Minutes' Anderson Cooper discus.. A week and a half before the 2016 election, Donald Trump's personal attorney paid a porn star named Stormy Daniels to keep quiet about her alleged relationship with the Republican candidate for president. Today, that arrangement is well on its way to becoming the most talked-about "hush agreement" in history, with potential legal and political implications for the president. Through his spokesman, Mr. Trump has denied having an affair with Stormy Daniels, and his lawyers are now threatening her with financial ruin, saying she has to pay $1 million dollars every time she violates her agreement to stay silent. But that didn't stop her from coming on 60 Minutes. Presented without comment. lmao
How is he going to collect if he's innocent? Is he even denying it at this point?
What a ride from start to finish. It had everything. Money, sex, intrigue, nameless men making vague threats, comical spanking..
I wouldn't think such a wave of 4th hand embarrassment and disgust I'm feeling right now could be possible but here we are.
yeah its funny as shit, but i don't see this really changing anything. he'll just call it fake news, his supporters will believe him and the world will go right on spinning. still great entertainment, tho.
Anderson Cooper: It became more comfortable. Stormy Daniels: Yeah. He was like, "Wow, you-- you are special. You remind me of my daughter." You know-- he was like, "You're smart and beautiful, and a woman to be reckoned with, and I like you. I like you." "Vomits in Mouth"
I'm more interested in the content of the disc teased by Stormy's lawyer. This interview seems to just be a more formal and detailed version of things we're already aware of.
(Rating "Child Molestor" because of Trump's comments, not your post) Yeah, the Trump/Ivanka stuff really stood out to me for being notably gross. We all know he's made... odd comments about her, but even so - it just feels gross.
So is impeachment something that could come out of this? Oh should I keep holding my breath?
Not really. It's gross, really gross, and discredits him more than he already was. Might even (optimistically) turn even more of his people against him, but given the rabidness of that particular, uh, "fandom" I wouldn't get my hopes up.
Impeachment over infidelity only happens when it's a Democrat like Clinton. Republicans themselves are immune to their own hair-trigger moral outrage.
Not surprised at all regarding what went down. Honestly a bit tamer than I expected. It's worth noting that she's going to be performing at a club in my area soon. The local rock station was running adverts for it. I'm....not entirely sure of the merit of doing so.
