metal detector to find metal ore and hq in the ground?

i've had a idea
a metal detector tool
so you craft the metal detector and you walk around with it
and if it finds metal it bleeps and then you mine it? (or pick it up if it's scrap)
i don't know i think it's a good idea

i like that idea if nodes dident spawn everywhere you just have too look

It would be a good idea if the quarries actually produced enough ore to be worthwhile but they kind of "broke" them a while back, it would be an alternative to the survey charge, and would be an "extra" item like the chainsaw is.
put the idea in the F7 idea suggestions box , you never know
