Can't log into my old account to delete it + duplicate account help

I'm trying to clear up my online presence and tried to log into Facepunch to remove my old account under the name Chaoss86, I was only given the option to log in via the use of another service, I figured it'd automatically 'link' my old account to my new one if I used the same user handle but it hasn't, so now there's 2 Chaoss86's and there doesn't appear to be any way to log into the old account as my old account was a username/password and wasn't linked to anything, it was a gold account and has the same email address as this one, I'm happy to provide any proof if needed. I'd ideally like both this account I'm posting from AND my old account (along with any personally identifiable data) to be removed. It's nothing to do with Facepunch in general I'm just trying to clear out most of my online presence and I no longer use Facepunch.

I did manage to log in in the end on another browser but I can't edit threads, this account thing is incredibly broken, Either way I've posted a reply in that linked thread
