Gee we humans are an industrious bunch are we not? I wonder where else we ended up that was deemed uninhabited.
Nothing would surprise me. It's a damn shame that almost all our history is sitting under the water and ice, eroded by time or crushed into dust by the weight. It really would have been amazing to see what some civilizations were like through the ice age, some were likely quite developed.
what bonus did they get popping the goody huts? was it the giant killer robot tech?
Real question, if we did uncover an ancient civilisation who managed to build mechs that survived and are functional after all this time, what are the odds that the archaeologists who dig it up end up taking one for a joyride?
the lost city of Z?
