Connected to server - Not showing on server list

Hi,

i would like to ask you guys... why is my server showing in Steam - Servers - Favourites, but not in game.
I cant find my server via ingame filters nor is it showing in favourites or history where i am and have been logged.

My server has IP: steam://connect/193.86.120.146:28015

When u click on it, sometimes it shows up server information and sometimes it doesnt..
But ppl are connected to that server while this happens.... and if server lost connection - those ppl would be dropped as well, but that doesnt happen :/.... where could be problem ?

Port forward is made on UDP port 28015 and TPC for rcon 28016
I am hosting on same machine several other server for other games without any issue....

I would appreciate any help regarding this issue.
