You should try to look for the output_log.txt or error.txt the crash created inside your rust folder and provide it to us so we can help.

I dont see any problems on that log, are you sure that's the one from this crash? (maybe I'm wrong)
Some things you can do though:
Verify game integrity files
Check your windows is up to date
Disable antivirus and other real time searching programs
Check your GPU drivers are up to date and not corrupted
Try to run sfc /scannow to check system files integrity on the computer.
Try booting your computer in the safe mode and check if the issue persists

Нужно попробовать загрузиться в безопасном режиме с поддержкой сети (в win 8/10 может называться по-другому), без этого тырнета конечно не будет, и логи антивиря посмотреть (если стоит), м.б. он чего режет?

Based on your previous messages looks like your windows is corrupted or outdated, please try first looking for any windows updated and then consider installing windows again from scratch.
I saw the same kid with the same error,it from scratch re-installed Windows,but still I wasn't trying to make still mistake it was there
if it was something with the devs no one would be able to play its your windows
but no one can find a solution to this error
