Doubt it, parks like Disney World have one of the highest densities for law enforcers you could find.

I was at Disney Springs a few times not long ago, there's police everywhere. And to get into Disney parks (At least at the entrances) It's similar to going through an airport's security

Nit to mention they have cops hidden in the crowd as tourists. I've seen one talk to an ear piece and bolt through people somewhere.

Disney has a pretty high quality security component as well as a ton county LEOs there, if I remember right. I doubt he would have done any more damage there, honestly he probably would have gotten stopped very, very quickly.

Fucking scary a friend of mine was at Disney World when the shooting happened. Just thinking about what could have happened makes me freaked.
