• Jump to first unread when entering from main page

On Oldpunch if I entered a thread from the main page it would make me jump directly to the last read\first unread post. Right now, instead, if I want to do that I have to enter the subforum and click the yellow box below the thread title. I think the original way was much better, because threads you see on the mainpage the most often are also the most updated ones, and it's rare to want to look at them from the start.
I was considering making a thread about this too, I'm so used to the old way that I keep ending up at the start of threads that I've already read because I see them pop up on the main page.
I am kind of tired of clicking on a thread that I've read before from the main page, the realizing it is the first page, then go to the subforum just to click on the thread again to get to the last unread post.
Also agree this would be more intuitive.
There doesn't seem to be a newer thread about this so I'm just bumping this one. I still manage to click on the link only to have to click out. If you haven't read the thread you'd clearly want to start reading from the first post, but if you've read it before, no point in showing you old posts, right?
Ideally you'd be able to click on the "## Unread" button to go to unread posts, but that's really hard to do when the entire post background is clickable.
