Pornhub could be a youtube killer (its has the size, money and support) but its still a porn site which would be filtered out by most public network as well as the social taboos that are present on the site.
Really if porn hub is to be a YT killer, it just needs to make and support anoth e domain that has purely SFW content on it and psychologically different enough to erase any social awkardness of visiting the site and make it seem thst it's not linked to pornhub in any way.

The only way I could see Youtube getting killed is if a bunch of major channels all talked amongst each other and agreed to switch over to another specific site at the same time and thus drag a ton of viewers to the other site. If they ever tried that though, Youtube would probably start sucking cocks like crazy trying to get them all back.
I think pornhub should branch off a SFW sort of thing, call it safehub or something so it stays kinda to the "hub" brand, advertise it throughout the site and sign big youtubers in there

Given how important its userbase is to Pornhub and how careful they are in curating and recruiting their userbase, along with how involved they are with analyzing their data and so forth, I doubt they'd allow it to be a white-supremacist hive-mind.
What do you mean "recruiting their userbase"? Anyone can sign up and post videos, it matters if your elevated from user to a pornhub certified amateur where they start paying you
Nothing is gonna stop you from posting videos on a sfw platform they host, sure they can discourage it but they won't stop you
I mean 'recruiting their userbase'. Specifically, how and who they advertise to. Anyone can sign up, sure, but they seek out the folks they want in their userbase and aren't shy to show how the sausage is made.
What would stop you from posting those videos is being banned from the site; which is something they'd do, given everything that they've put out as their stance so far, because they have proven - time after time - that their PR is immensely valuable to them and few things are worse for PR than white supremacists.

This is why it will never replace things like youtube.
Mainly because Youtube needs to be put in its place for screwing over peoples lives that have put everything into it just to have it ripped away for stupid or even non existent reasons. They sell a way for people to make money from uploads yet they deny people that ability without giving reason while still making money off said people. It has become similar to a scam and a lot of people are sick of it. One of the only other powerful video sites people have faith in happens to be a porn site, yet they have proven to care about peoples rights.
