Magnai is an NPC in FFXIV that's the leader of some tribe of warriors that's almost always in constant battle with another tribe of warriors of the same race, but different "faction". (The other leader of that faction shows up a few times in the video). The player character has to go through some bullshit with both factions, teams up with a 3rd faction, kicks the other two faction's asses, and then becomes the "voice" of all 3 factions, telling them what to do (conveniently interrupted by the bad guys and then everyone helps defeat them).
I can't read Japanese so I don't know what they're saying in the video, but I assume it as to do with Magnai's journey through the lands doing god knows what...
Man tho, seeing that Copyright year-range at the bottom has me shook.
Counting 1.0's lifespan, XIV only has a few months until it's as old as XI was when XIV came out.
