AFAIK it was Khabib nurmagomedov that insulted one of conors friends (Artem lobov) then him and his team cornered him and roughed him up, then Conor found out and flew from Ireland to Brooklyn with the intent to fuck khabib up. and thus this is what went down.

Artem insulted Khabib in an interview and Khabib got into an argument with him. He wasn't really roughed up, Khabib did put his hand on his shoulder and neck. Typical bully move. That doesn't explain Conor's fucking vile behavior that injured two fighters to the degree that they're pulled out from fighting.

Talk about ruining an already fucked up card.

The cards gotten even fucking worse, Max Holloway was declared unfit to fight so there won't even be a fight for the interim belt. All that's really left on the card is Thug Rose v Joanna Jędrzejczyk.
