Damn, this trailer did not go the way I expected it to go.

As has been said, it really is original and brings something fresh to the table.
But at the same time, it really feels like an instant classic for some reason. I love it.

I'm hyped.

I remember reading a sci fi story with a similar setup, man invents a neural implant to help all kinds of diseases and disabilities, most of the folks "chipped" begin to blow past their peers in mental development, etc. But the main character was given a special military-grade chip by his father that had five levels of combat effectiveness, and he could cede more and more control to his chip to help him fight. Anyone have any idea what I'm talking about? It's driving me up a wall that I can't remember
