Game don't show rustafied eu servers. - Help

My friends are gaming now at rustafied eu long, i can't connect cos i don't see all eu rustafied, what's the problem?

Is your rust up to date? Can you enter the server via console? Is your account EAC banned? Can you see the server on the steam server window?
