After the new patch it says user32.dll is corrupted i got all sort of check like sfc /scannow and event scan with not32 ( i use Win7 Ultimate) try to do some of the fixes in the other posts but noting works.
please help. btw i reinstall the game but not steam cause i hvae 350+GB of games dont want to download them all again.... if the game ..
Move the steamapps folder outside steam if you dont want to lose other games. Since this error means something in your computer is corrupted you should check your windows is up to date and that its not infected with any virus (try running malwarebytes or any other antivirus you have)
