Please open your CMD console with admin rights and run the command sfc /scannow this can help with most of the crashes caused with corrupted or missing DLLs, more information here: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/929833/use-the-system-file-checker-tool-to-repair-missing-or-corrupted-system
You should also try these other things:
Check your windows is up to date
Disable antivirus and other real time searching programs
Check your GPU drivers are up to date and not corrupted
Try booting your computer in the safe mode and check if the issue persists
Tried the first 3 and did not work.
Have a SSD and cannot get to safe mode.
Do you have other suggestions?
Send both the output_log.txt and the error.log file to https://support.facepunchstudios.com/hc/en-us in a ticket, maybe they can help you better than me.
