Strange to see my hometown in the news...
Oh man, my Ex-Girlfriend lives near there. Gives me shivers.
Apparently not a terrorist attack, attacker was alone, German and mentally unstable.
None of those things rule out it being a terrorist attack.
Because there has never ever been a white nationalist terrorist before...

Ok, maybe let me rephrase it. Should have probably written that it wasn't my opinion but what the police is currently thinking.
They say there is currently no connection to islamic terror and there is little to no indication that it has other terror related motivation (domestic terror, extreme left/right etc.).
Jens R. had incidents because of mental instability in 2014 and 2016.
I've been in Germany several times now. I am so glad I dodged the bullet!
Pshh Americans don't live in Germany it'll be fine.
I know people love to to "oh i was there an hour ago/a day ago/a week/a month ago, i dodged a bullet" or "my father's brother's cousin's uncle's former roomate was there a week ago and left long before anything could have possibly happened BUT WHAT IF :^(" because people love giving themselves some attachment to the news but this has got to be the biggest stretch I've seen so far.
I do.
I didn't mean to sound like I've got some special connection to the city and I'm sorry if people think I'm trying to put myself in a special spot here. It's just some sort of strange feeling in my gut for me.
I'm not faulting you for it, damn near everybody does it.
who cares
They're fucked, now.
An email shows the guy has been suicidal for some time now, although it does not indicate why he would take other people with him.
News said there is an older even more detailed letter found in his home but police has yet to comment on it or its content.
Two people died, 3 out of 20 injured people are still in mortal danger.
