Looks like a NRE error when player is being loaded, try joining other servers. If this throws you the same error try these things:
Verify game integrity files.
Uninstall and after a computer restart install again rust.
Check your GPU drivers are up to date and not corrupted.
Uninstall both steam and rust, restart, install them again.
