yeah but his grapics are tuned so low (it looks lower then "potato" even tho thats the lowest), and look so bad...I mean its impossible to make out what the issue is....
If his GPU cant pull it...then yeah - you will have white tones and all kinds of issues.

I find the worry.
You just have to disable the WATER QUALITY put it on 0 and more water as on the video. Thanks for taking out an emergency patch
