Can anyone help i got now from 260 fps down to 10-60 fps after the facepunch update!
32 gb ram and Modded Server
Same here and got so much "rubberbanding" I cant run or get kicked for "flyhack" cheat,
My server host says its because of game update draining server resources,
I am also using an i7 cpu , 32gb ram and about 5gb combined GPU/virtual mem
2/200 32fps

frames are horrible now went from 120+ to 50-70
