How to disable Wind effects (on trees and frases) =(

I do not have a very good computer and after the last rust update I noticed a big drop of fps. I think that if it were possible to turn off the wind effect, my fps should increase (due to having only 4G ram).

So my question is if there is any way to turn off this wind effects, since, I have all the graphics in the lowest settings possible and the wind effect continues.

My specs if needed:
4Gb DDR3 1333Mhz(i know is less than needed);
Xeon 5450
Asus NVIDIA GTS 250 1Gb

I am surprised that you can play at all with that amount of Ram and using a server cpu, the review for it says
"Obviously not meant for gaming purposes, though its introduction price
was not very high, its performance is only average, considering today's
standards."

The problem its that I cannot play after last update so i was thinking if o remove the wind effect maybe I could "play"(with 30-40 fps like before, and drops.. '-')

I dont think there is an option but even if you could i think you will not find any improvement, since the update i have incredible "rubber banding" and server lag ,
I am running an i7 with approx 5+gb graphics and 32gig ram and still get low fps, will have to check after this last update (today) to see if any improvement

I will check it and I know that i should buy a new computer, but i think that before the update we could turn off this effect by turn shadows effects to min, now I can't do that :/
