Lighting is excellent. Positioning or general composition of objects could've been somehow better. Here's what I mean, take your left hand and close one eye. Block out the red left door and blue switch with your hand (move hand closer to eye). Your picture should kind of be centered on the main character now with the red clock in the top left.
Now remove the hand. Your eye will instantly pull towards the red door because it's super bright. So either cutting that part off or making that part have more shadow would work.
