My Addon Isn't Making Any Errors Or Doing Anything

I've been trying to solve this for weeks but I'm getting pretty desperate.
As the title suggests, my addon isn't making errors. And it isn't doing anything.
It's likely a problem with my installation but all my other addons are working so I uploading it to GitHub too.

Intended outcome is hold LShift, then Primary Attack while holding an SMG and some stuff happens.
Just a tiny push in the right direction would be GREATLY appreciated.

Put print everywhere imaginable and see what runs and what doesn't

Your first problem is here on line 75 of your config.

The classname for the default SMG is weapon_smg1, not weapon_smg. You have some errors after that, but this is why it's silently failing.
