I hope someone here remembers Ultima Online and how great it was, how it had it's own economy based on rare items, houses couldnt be destroyed but you have to pay property taxes (higher prices = closer to bigger cities), then houses can be sold through deeds and value is determined by the players in the game. Yet it was like rust, in that you lost everyone on you when you die, it gives that intensity when you want to risk using these rare items.
Hope to see something like this, a natural economy built into the game.
Maybe look to Albion online also. One reason it was so loved was its eco! I never played Ultima Online but a good economy is important for fantasy games! so i agree.
