• Model is broken after head hack

Hello Facepunch! I have tried to do head hack with some models but after compiling it - it goes wrong like deforming as you can see on the screenshot. The main model doesn't have that problems. Please, help me! https://files.facepunch.com/forum/upload/251116/d5447a0d-a175-4ef4-a4b0-e2880b262c2b/gm_construct0011.jpg
A headhack? I had to search that up, why is there even a "hack" for this? From the pic it's hard to see what is actually happening, it's either a tragic weight paint accident (that happened in between the "hack") or some vertex groups gone rogue, you should give your model a check - up for both of those, how is it in the actual 3d program (as in the vertex groups and weight paint).
Did you compile it with a 'alien' vta file? 'Alien' meaning it's from a decompiled model and not made for this particular head. That may result in vertices that closely match the mesh being randomly displaced. In that case you should include the vta file or generate a proper vta file for this model.
When headhacking models, make sure to only move the body, not the head itself, since it screws up the vta's.
