There's been tons of DRPs in the past, but if this is your first time, welcome!
If you've seen MSPC, its kinda like that but more 'serious' and roleplay-ey. You don't have to be uber grimdark edgy but do try to keep a semblance of coherence.
A few ground rules:
-Don't be a huge dick in the roleplay, of course, it's a collaborative story telling, so have fun and work with others!
-Try to have your drawings be understandable, put some effort in them. I'm not expecting masterpieces but atleast have them be readable!
-Try not to Light Novelize it, one picture and a wall of text is less 'Drawing Roleplay' and more 'Roleplay with a picture attached'. It's okay to lean a bit more on the text side if you have to, but be sure to back it up with some art!
-Declare! You can declare(reserve a post) by posting and saying "Declare". You have 24 hours to finish your post and post it. If you don't, then someone else can post/declare instead. You don't have to declare if you don't want to, but it might help give you some time to finish your post.
-When first posting, try to include a detailed-ish full color reference. Even if you work entirely in black and white or draw more simplistic. This way, people that use colors can still draw your character correctly.

What's the theme anyway? Medieval fantasy? I see a cap and a t-shirt and I don't think they had those back then.

'Whatever you feel like' is the theme, I've intentionally jumbled things up. There's an electric fan, lights, TV, and guns in certain panels, in others there's demons and furries and elves, in others it seems like a relatively grounded medieval fantasy. Just do whatever you feel works

(Wanted to at least get to the town square but I also wanted to post something and I am far too slow to risk doing more.)
Full colour Velke
You thought I'd call it quits after a two panel meme? Well think again because I'm back with a whole SIX panel adventure goodness! Read on and find out the conclusion to the survey saga!

I'm also starting to think I might have gone a tad overboard with the details.
And uhhh... Part two coming tomorrow or monday, only halfway done.
Part two of comic relief Jester adventures, surely that survey will help this town for the better.

Coloring inside the cloak for reference. I wanted to do more but everybody is going to the market.
That's a good idea, I haven't used the reserve rule yet since I can't guarantee anything under 24H. But having more specific reservations like areas or people involved might make it more flexible.
Maybe also list all the full color references in the OP?
Declare then, this thread looks fun.
Gonna' mess with Hashmere's character. Hopefully i dont step on any toes with regards for how they imagined it'd progress.
(no comic related stuff here! keep moving along casual reader!)
I suppose I was used to more linear threads where people were grouped together. I'll amend the rules so that when you declare you declare what you're affecting (and therefore what can't be included in posts until the declare is done) and see how it goes. Should be fine : )
You've seemed pretty good at it, but in any case if you want, you could always work on something then towards the final stretch just declare to give you that extra little bit of time. (Like you got 3/4ths of your post done, then on the last quarter you can declare so no posts will invalidate yours)
That's smart, I should do that.
Indeed pretty much what I did! Had gotten halfway on part two on my two-parter earlier when posting the first part.
That's definitely top tier work, not to rain on the parade though but I think the town is a weapon-free zone.
Ah, drat. Maybe there's an exception for net-throwers or bounty-hunters.
Don't beat yourself too much about it since it can easily be written in, could have been smuggled into town in pieces and then assembled.
It's trickier to overcome the problems of firing it in broad daylight and dragging someone caught in a net around town, but I suppose it could have been granted by the deputy? Anyway it'll be up to whoever produces the next set, half the fun is not having a general plan so I'm gonna keep suggestions meager.
haha don't fret about it, tis the nature of this medium!
you could easily hand-wave it away as special bounty hunter non-lethal permit or something!
