A man known in the area as the "Asian Nazi' around social media was arrested on Friday.  Heon "Hank" Jong Yoo, 24, of Tyler was arrested on a federal warrant by the U.S. Marshals Service. A spokesman for the U.S. Marshals Service said Monday Yoo's arrest stemmed from making false statements during a firearms purchase. You may have seen his video of him wearing a confederate uniform and singing Dixie before ranting about BLM. Good riddance. http://www.cbs19.tv/mobile/article/news/tyler-man-known-on-social-media-as-the-asian-nazi-arrested-by-us-marshals/501-536674460 'Asian White Supremacist' Hank Yoo Arrested in Texas by Federal ..

What a westaboo.
He actually is already out on bail, he posted on /k/ to confirm (not sure if I can link safely) but of course the thread rapidly devolved into arguing over whether or not traps were gay.

That's an asian you racist
A spokesman for the U.S. Marshals Service said Monday Yoo's arrest stemmed from making false statements during a firearms purchase. very curious to know what these "false statements" were
$10 on "Are you a convict?" "No."
More than likely lied on a 4473, which is an official government document. What I'm more supprised about is the fact that the ATF actually went after something over it.
He got the bad Asian genes that made him bad at studying what "White Supremacy" meant.
I don't know what else it would. I'd be interested to know exactly what the false statement was though. I've never heard of them going after someone for this, but considering who he is it doesn't really surprise me.
"Are you addicted to or an unlawful user of a controlled substance" maybe. With how popular marijuana is, it's a pretty common lie these days.
Consdidering that in the past he had been indicted for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon on December 2, 2016. Officials on the scene discovered “a tactical vest, three magazines, a handgun, two rifles, a machete, and a shotgun” and set his bail to $60,000. I'm honestly not shocked that they decided to hit him hard. They probably feel he is a threat to someone.
Is this what it feels like when a westerner dresses up like one of their animes
If you show it to women it ensures you'll never have children.
is this the same guy that blew another guy for frat hazing and other white supremacists consider him a degenerate for that
Thats actually kind of hard to prove. Getting convicted of non-felony marijuana possesion doesn't bar you from legally purchasing a firearm. The government has to prove that you are a user of it, which is why pretty much no one got slapped for that until states started legalizing medical marijuana. Then, with the possession of something like a pink card, the government could prove that you are a user. That's still a very limited circumstance though, in states where recreational is legal they're kind of stuck at square 1 again.
Asian white supremacist? Not sure if I should love him or hate him!
