Hello My name is "ellemti" so am planing to make a map i know how "Hammer" work and i got loot of experiment on it but the problem i have is i don't how to start a plane of map and what texture and model i should use ect so am asking if Samoan here on "facepunch"already made a map so he can at-list advice me and just show me how to make a plane on map .

Well there a probably lots of videos on Youtube that will teach you how, but other than that I personally don't know.

is not about learning how to make a map that stuff i know it i just need to know how to plane on making a map like what model i should use texture idea.
you can say making plan before starting the work
Well first you decide what your map is supposed to be (ex. a building map, a roleplay map, a TTT map, etc.), and from that idea you can start gathering pictures online of locations you imagine would suit your map. then you block out some layout with dev textures and think on how you will make the map interesting, you can move forward from there.
