First off i want to say this is not a ban appeal its more or less just to get what happened out there and possibly get some help with what to do next
so i recently got banned permanently by EAC for "cheating" but theres a few things you must know first
no third party software that can gain an unfair advantage has never touched this computer, i have never been on my steam account on someone elses computer, the only programs i have that can possibly interfere with EAC is razer synapse and plays.tv (should be completely fine because thousands of people use them but im all out of ideas). there is also no virus on my computer.
i tried contacting EAC directly asking what could have given me a ban and what i should do but they were clearly not interested in discussing the matter

also a friend of mine found this, so i was thinking for a while that mabye a large influx of reports can give a ban?

another thing that might be relevant is that the server i was playing on at the time(facepunch EU 4) was ddosed quite regularly from force wipe up until i was banned
if anyone has had this happen to them or someone they know pls let me know, im closing in on 2400 hours now and this is completely new to me
They don't disclose what triggers a ban because doing so would help cheats circumvent EAC/VAC longer.
And it looks like Razer Synapse is replacing Logitech software as this week's cheat cover up, since quite a few claims of "false positives" are citing that as suddenly triggering EAC.
Man sucks when you cheat.

What also earns a ban is cheats. Hmm, time to whip out Occam's razor for this one, lads.
yeah i can definitely understand why they dont want to talk in detail about why there was a ban but i felt like they basically told me tough luck get a new account
well you have obviously cheated you have 15 reports people dont just report for no reason
