Administrator; impact decals range and blueprints

Hi.

As an administrator on my private staging server;

Are there any commands to make impact decals render past 30 meters?

Are there any commands to unlock all blueprints?

The former would be nice to check the grouping of sprays at range and the latter for repairing or crafting things you don't have the BP for without having to mess in the F1 item menu.

Thanks, but I'm not sure Oxide is kept up to date with the staging branch, but I guess I could always try. I was hoping for some Rust console commands without having to rely on plugins.
