I remember hearing those claims, but how much substance was there to them? I don't think the number of claims is something to go off of, given how many people have money riding on Tesla's failure. If this does bear fruit though, fuck yeah, throw the book at them.
Contractor workers already get the short end of the stick and this just infuriates me even further.
This doesn't surprise me if it's true.
I'm curious to see if similar manufacturing companies have similar problems with HR Claims that Tesla has or if they're an outlier. Tesla is a big name manufacturer in the Bay Area and they're not a unionized company, so they attract a lot of attention when something happens. I'm wonder if they're truly an outlier or if other companies in the area have similar discrimination cases that get swept under the rug. Either way, Tesla needs to get it's HR department together and avoid these kinds of things as it adds easy fuel to detractors.
Thing that always bugs me is that these stories come up and people go "Yeah, BUUUUT Tesla Do Good Thing and Elon Musk, He like the Tony Stark!" and I'm like "doesn't that reek of wonderfully oppressive PR, to you?".
Looks like Elon forgot where he came from...
You obviously haven't met many white South Africans.
Nope, but I've heard many bad things about them...
I thought Tesla treated all of its employees equally as fungus
