Rust open in taskbar but not on my screen.

HI there,

I am having issues with my Rust. I start it up like normal and it loads in but it doesn't appear on my screen but it's in the windows bar. Like in the picture below. If I were to alt-tab I can see Rust but when I click on it, it doesn't come up on my screen. I simply cannot open it. Help! I have tried reinstalling as well.
