The Inspector General report on Andrew McCabe has been released

If you aren't aware: When Jeff Sessions fired McCabe, it was said to be based on a report by the DOJ inspector general, finding McCabe responsible for some dodgy shit, as well as a subsequent recommendation from the FBI's disciplinary office that he be fired for this dodgy shit.
The inspector general was appointed by Obama, so this isn't just some Trump stooge. Obviously seeing this report would help us figure out whether McCabe actually deserved to be fired or what was going on.
Now the report has been released, and it does indeed find McCabe responsible for some dodgy shit. Namely, that he violated FBI media policy by instructing his aides to talk to the Wall Street Journal about the Clinton Foundation probe in October 2016, and that he then repeatedly lied to investigators about it, while under oath.
So it looks like it's true, McCabe fucked up and probably deserved to be fired.
Trump's tendency to suck all the oxygen out of the room is hampering our ability to see the indiscretions of others, both big and small.
