Kinda glad I got a fever and can't sleep. Maybe seeing history get made live. We goin to war again boyos
War or finding a way to weasel out of his MISSILES COMIN' statement?
"No-one told me bringing peace to the nations we destablised would be so hard"
Can we not drag ourselves into another fucking war ffs
Welp, at least it's not North Korea?
We're going to have the best war, believe me. It's going to be amazing. Miraculous. Completely great. We're gonna take out the bases (with limited strikes that are easily repaired), we're gonna take out the air defenses (by asking Russia to evacuate military assets from strike locations which we'll then strike symbolically), and we're gonna go in on the ground. We're going in big. The biggest. Yeah, soldiers for miles folks. For miles. It's easy to win a military war. They get cute, you fire missiles; we win big, it's easy. It turns out that most of the Syrian military is Russia, folks, do you believe it? Syria, big bad Assad Syria - they don't have any troops! It's just Russia, Russia, Russia... So, you know, Putin and I are on great terms. The best, really, everyone thinks so - even the lying liberal media. You know why I tried so hard to rebuild our relationship with Russia? This. It's this. You think Obama could call up Putin and ask for his help on this? No. The guy was an idiot. We're going to fight smart. It's going to be a smart war. Mattis? Yeah, 'Mad Dog'. You think Assad wants to play with Mattis? Get out of here. We've already won the war, folks.
hopefully trudaeu decides not to follow america into this fucking mess if we follow them he won't be getting my vote next
France, US, UK attacking Syria together with precision strikes
Boots on the ground. Oh joy.
All the chemical stores and weapon depots, I'm sure, that aren't labeled 'Property of the Russian Government'.
I really doubt he would, especially with an election season approaching. Unlike a not insignificant portion of the US voting base, we don't froth at going to war, so doing so would lose him votes if anything.
"We are prepared to sustain this response until the Syrian government stops using chemical weapons" what does this mean Aso he just called out Russia and Putin by name
So does literally anyone fucking believe that he's doing this because he's so concerned about all those people that got killed by the dictator. This fucker isn't a humanitarian.
Here I was thinking this was pretty standard fare but nope he's lapsed into maga
I don't know if Canada has the resources to launch missiles at Syria. Maybe in a background support role, though.
I don't even understand how this is happening. Who (aside from Trump) asked for this?
Bolton
AT least we didn't elect that warhawk killary
You already know. It's John Bolton for days.

He's doing it. He's fucking doing it. He's starting a war to distract from his own impending prosecution.
I dunno, I'm not really opposed to giving Syria a black eye for what it's doing. I just worry it will be rather meek to avoid truly offending Russia.
Welp, back to the golf course lol

I wonder if this is just his last death rattle before being removed from the White House in cuffs.

seems to me that attacking chemical weapons depots with explosives is probably a great way to cause a massive release of chemical weapons onto civilians...
Not necessarily. The chemicals gotta be mixed to be the stuff they bomb. If you destroy it in it's constituents it might not be as dangerous
It'd depend. At high enough temperatures it could destabilize the chemicals within those caches and make them less 'weapons' and more 'chemicals'.
